Hull KR v Huddersfield Giants Preview
Hull Kingston Rovers take on the Huddersfield Giants as East Yorkshires takes on West Yorkshire in a game that both sides will be targeting for the win.
The trip across the M62 to East Hull is always a difficult one for all teams in the Super League. Not only do you have to deal with often tough conditions as wind comes off of the River Humber to the open southern end of the stadium but you also have to deal with a large and vocal crowd that show up week in week out in support of Rovers.
The Robins will be hoping to take advantage once of that support and inside knowledge of the conditions once more but one other problem that awaits the Giants and that is also an issue for the hosts is the inconsistency of Hull KR.
One week they can look like title contenders and the next they can look like wooden spoon favourites; just which Hull KR will show up this week?
New Craven Park, or should that simply be better known as Craven Park nowadays? Is home to Hull Kingston Rovers. Located in East Hull, the stadium is a mix of the old and the new and seating and standing that makes for a great place to watch rugby.
The Robins get great crowds and their fans are amongst the most vocal in the competition which gives the players the perfect setting to produce there best and to give us a great 80 minutes of rugby league action.
Hull KR v Huddersfield Giants Prediction
Here at RLBet, we give out predict for who we think will win and also what we think the winning margin will be but don’t forget that the unpredictable nature of the Super League, this should only be seen as our view.
This one is hugely difficult to predict as you are just not sure which Hull KR will show up. If they play like they did in the opening couple of rounds, they will push the Giants close and may even come away with a win but if they put in a performance like the one at Headingley, they should be set for a big loss.
We do expect a reaction from the Robins but even with that in mind we are going to back the Giants. They are a club full of confidence after a great start to the season and in Aiden Sezer, they have a quality player in great form and one who can ad should prove the difference in a game such as this.
