Warrington Wolves v Hull KR Preview
The Warrington Wolves welcome Hull Kingston Rovers from one end of the M62 to the other for a game that will likely have a huge say on things at both ends of the table.
The big spending Wolves have a star studded squad that makes them one of the favourites for every competition that they enter whist survival is the main aim for the red and white side of Hull.
The Robins do have the quality to take on and defeat anybody on their day but they struggle for the consistency to really make them a danger for the top top teams so whilst Warrington will be the big favourites, Hull KR will know that if they catch the hosts on an off day and that they produce their best stuff, they will have a chance.

History
As you would expect from 2 of the leading and most historic clubs based in the sports heartland, the 2 sides have battled against each other in a number of important and historic matches.
One of the biggest moments in both clubs history came in the 1978-79 season when the 2 sides were battling it out of the league championship.
In the end it was Hull Kingston Rovers who pipped Warrington to the league title, with the Wolves finishing runners up.
The history of both teams been at the top of the sport in this country goes almost all of the way back to the beginning when the 2 sides met in the 1904-05 Challenge Cup final where it was Warrignton who kept their opponents scoreless in a 6-0 victory.
