Warrington Wolves vs Hull FC
The Warrington Wolves welcome Hull FC to the Halliwell Jones Stadium for this round 15 match up from the Rugby Super League in a battle between 2 of the top 4.
Warrington head into the round in 2nd place but they know that with a 4 point gap to Saints at the top, they simply have to keep winning and keep the pressure up.
Hull Fc have had an up and down season thanks mostly to injuries to key players but with many of their stars coming back, they are moving up the table and will be looking to cement a place in the play-offs and of course to keep alive their top 2 plays.
Both teams enjoyed success in the cup last time out and come into this game full of confidence.
Warrington have won each of their last 4 matches and 4 of their last 5 at home.
Hull FC have won 3 of their last 5 matches and 4 of their last 5 on the road but they were thrashed 62-16 in their last away game at Saints.
Warrington make 2 changes from the side that defeated Wigan last time out in the cup last week with Danny Walker & Ben Westwood replacing Harvey Livett and Matt Davis.
Hull FC make 3 changes from their cup win with Jamie Shaul, Danny Washbrook and Jordan Thompson all returning in place of Gareth Ellis, Jack Logan and Cameron Scott.
Whilst Hull FC have the quality to take on and defeat anybody on their day they will have to be at their very best and hope that Warrington have an off day, which is something that hasn’t happened often so far this season.
We expect a close battle for the opening 50-60 minutes but then for the extra quality of the hosts to shine through.
