Sydney Roosters vs Brisbane Broncos

The Sydney Roosters take on the Brisbane Broncos at their temporary home of the Sydney Cricket Ground in this round 4 match up from the NRL and the great news for all fans of Rugby is that you can watch all of the action live online via our NRL live streaming partners.

The Roosters have turned around their slow start and are now playing with confidence after back to back wins but in this blockbuster start to the round, they know that they will have to be at their best to take on and defeat the Broncos.

Brisbane may have just the 1 win so far this season but there biggest margin of defeat has been by just 10 points with their loss last time out been in the last minute to a drop goal.

That should see the Broncos come out fired up for this lone and with the playing surface well below par at the SCG, the winner could be the team that adapts the quickest.

The Roosters have won 2 from 3 but they have lost their only game played at the SCG.

Brisbane have won just 1 from 3 this season.

Team News

Cooper Cronk returns for the Roosters which creates a number of changers with Keary going to halves, Aubuson into the 2nd row and Mitchell into the centres. Crichton is benched but with Friend injured, Radley takes over at hooker so Collins comes onto the bench.

|The Broncos also make changes with Kotoni Staggs coming in for the injured James Roberts. Matt Lodge returns so Pangai Jnr goes back to loose forward with Fifita benched. Shibasaki replaces Fensom on the bench.

This is a difficult match to predict with so much talent on both sides but whilst the Broncos have looked good going forward, there is question marks over their defence.

That is somewhere the Roosters always excel and with the home side having the much better game management, we are going to back them to come out on top in what will likely be a close game.
