St Helens welcome Hull FC to the Totally Wicked Stadium for a highly anticipated match up for the quarter-finals of the 2018 Challenge Cup and the great news for all rugby fans, and for sport fans in general, is that the action can be watch live on BBC TV.
Both St Helens and Hull FC go into every season expecting success so for one to go out of the challenge Cup at such an early stage will really put pressure on their league campaigns.
In many ways however it is the home side who go into the game with the most pressure on them as they have been the dominant side in the Super League over the opening half of the season.
They will be looking to learn from the Tigers who id the same last season but then existed the cup early and of course lost in the Grand Final.
Keeping their form and momentum going is key for St Helens whilst the Airlie Birds will simply be wanting to keep alive one of their best chances of success in 2018.
It has been a difficult season in the main for Hull Fc as they have been hit with injuries and other issues that has seen them miss out on naming their biggest stars for much of the season.
With youngsters having to play big minutes, new signings having to be integrated and even their coaching staff having to come out of retirement, it has to be deemed a success for Hull FC to simply have avoided been dragged into the battle to avoid the Qualifiers but they could really look to turn things around with a shock win in this one.
