North Queensland Cowboys vs Melbourne Storm

The North Queensland Cowboys take on the Melbourne Storm in Townsville in this round 5 match up from the 2019 NRL season and the great news for fan sis that you can watch all of the action live online via our NRL live streaming partners.

These 2 giants of the NRL have had contrasting starts to the new season as after starting well, the Cowboys have now lost 3 straight and lost each of them heavily.

The Storm on the other hand are still undefeated and have looked strong in each of their games, although the Doggies pushed them hard last time out.

Form

The Cowboys have won 1 and lost 3 this season whilst the Storm have won all 4 they have played.

Team News

The Cowboys name a settled team with only the injured Javid Bowen missing.

Marion Seve moves out to the wing to replace the suspended Suliasi Vunivalu for the Storm. Josh Addo-Carr returns to takes the other wing spot, which see’s Will Chambers go into the centres.

Prediction

Whilst the Cowboys certainly have the quality to take on a defeat the Storm, they will need to be at their very best and hope that Melbourne have an off day.

Unfortunately the Cowboys have been well below their best this season whilst the Storm simply don’t have too many of day so we can see nothing but an away win in this one.
