London Broncos v Leeds Rhinos

The London Broncos take on the Leeds Rhinos in a hugely important match up for both sides in the race to avoid relegation in the 2019 Super League season.

Both teams know that each and every match is a must win from now until the end of the season and that is even more the case in matches between the bottom sides.

In many ways the pressure is even more ramped up on London as they have been much stronger at home this season and they must take advantage of their remaining home games.

The good news for home fans is that London went into the cup final break on the back of a big win in France and that should give them a big confidence lift ahead of a Leeds side who will have been dwelling on their loss to Saints.

London have won just 2 of their last 6 matches whilst Leeds have won 3 of their last 6.

Team News

London make just the 1 change for this one with Rob Butler replacing Daniel Hindmarsh.

Leeds strengthen in the forwards with Mikolaj Oledzki, Jamie Jones-Buchanan and Brad Singleton all coming back in.

As not only a relegation 4 pointer but as a battle between 2 struggling teams, this is simply a must win for both sides and that set sit up to be a fascinating match up and one that is difficult to predict.

London are always a stronger team at home whilst the Rhinos are often a worse team on the road, so we expect this to be a tight game throughout.

With things set to be so tight, it is often left to a player to come up with a moment of magic to make the difference and with the Rhinos have the better players, on paper at least, we are going to back them for the win but we wouldn’t be surprised by a home win.
