Catalans Dragons vs Hull FC

The Catalans Dragons take on Hull FC in the South of France for this round 10 matchup in the 2019 Super League and the great news for fans is that you can watch all of the action live online via our Rugby Super League live streaming partners.

The Dragons will go into this game full of confidence after their defeat of Saints last season which make sit only them who have beaten the top 2 sides this season in the league but whilst they seemingly have no problem getting up for top games, they seem to struggle when facing team below them or in games they are expected to win.

The Dragons start the round in 6th place where they are 2 points behind Cas in 3rd and just 4 points ahead of London who are second bottom.

That just highlights the importance of the win for the home side as they look to keep pace with the paly-offs but the same can be said for Hull who start the round in 5th place and level on points with Les Dracs.

Form

Catalans have won 3 of their last 4 matches and 4 of their last 4 at home.

Hull FC have won 3 of their last 5 matches and each of their last 4 on the road.

Team News

After missing for nearly 2 months, the Dragons will be relieved to welcome back both David Mead and Ben Garcia from injury. Matty Smith and Arthur Romano make way.

There is some good news for the injury front for Hull FC as well as they welcome back Jake Connor after injury.

Prediction

This is one of those games that we really wouldn’t be surprised if it finished with just appoint o 2 in it or if one team runs away and dominates.

Such is the up and down nature of the performances of both teams, you just don’t know what you will get.

Catalans will be hit hard by the loss of Matty Smith who has started to show some good form whilst Jake Connor is one of the few Hull FC players who can produce a match winning moment.

With that said we are going to back a close game but a high scoring one (subject to the weather!) and in those circumstances, the Dragons have to be the favourites as they have the more attacking threats.
